EduSync
For schools

One console for the whole school office.

The principal, the bursar, the front office and the coach on the track all use the same console. You see the price of every send before it goes, and who read every notice.

Who in your school does what

Four people, one console.

See the whole school without a meeting

Reach, open rates and unreached families on one screen. A critical notice goes out in a minute and costs what the screen says it will.

Fees paid in one run, reconciled

Parents pay once for every child. Instant EFT settles to the school the same day, split by school and by fee line.

Front office

Fewer calls to the hatch

Parents see the notice, the date and the answer themselves. The office works one short list: families who have not been reached.

Publish from the field

Rain-outs, venue changes and kit reminders from a phone, to just the squad or the grade, in under a minute.

Notices

Pick who gets it, see the cost, then send.

Segments are free and unlimited, so a Grade 5 camp notice goes to Grade 5. SMS is the one rung that spends money, and it takes a deliberate click on the critical switch.

  • Delivered, opened, acted on per message, with the cost beside it.
  • “Opened but not signed” and “never received” are different problems. The console says which is which.
  • Cost caps and budget alerts are in the design from the start, so there is no surprise invoice.

Fixtures and rain-outs

The calendar moves when the fixture does.

On many platforms a badge appears and the message loads on the third refresh. Here a push arrives and the calendar entry has already changed, so a parent on the touchline sees the new time.

Changes are labelled as changes, with the old and the new time, so nobody drives to Court B for a match now on Court A.

Payments basket

Camp, civvies days and a tour kit in one payment.

The bursar sees one reconciled line per school. The parent made one instant EFT.

Getting started

Start from your SA-SAMS export.

  1. Hand over the exportYou send an SA-SAMS export. We import learners, classes and guardians.
  2. Clear the conflictsA changed class, a bounced number or a new enrolment arrives as a short worklist a clerk can clear in an hour.
  3. Invite parents from the schoolA note from the principal in the school’s own voice. Parents install things their school asked them to install.

A 90-day pilot for one grade, at no charge.

Start with one grade instead of the whole school. If free channels do not reach 90% of that grade's parents within four weeks, the pilot has failed and it costs you nothing.
