A small team that answers.
EduSync is a Kirosconsult product, built in South Africa for South African schools. We build and support it ourselves, so the person who answers your question is the person who can fix it.

One grade, no charge, and a straight answer either way.
Whole-school rollouts are how school software pilots fail. Start with one grade and one deputy who is willing to be honest about it.
- Week 1: data inYou send an SA-SAMS export. We import it and hand back a conflicts list.
- Week 2: staff onA grade head, a coach and the front office get accounts. About 40 minutes of training.
- Weeks 3 to 6: parents onInvited by the channel they already use. We report the install rate daily, including when it is bad.
- Weeks 7 to 12: run it properlyEvery notice for that grade goes through EduSync, alongside your current platform.
- Day 90: the numberFree reach, open rate, cost against your current contract and days-to-pay. Then you decide.
If free-channel reach does not pass 90% of that grade’s parents within four weeks, the pilot has failed and we will say so. It cannot be propped up with SMS.

Straight answers.
What happens to our data if we stop?
A full export of learners, guardians, notices, consent records and the payment ledger, on request, in a usable format. We delete on the schedule you set.
Do parents have to buy anything?
No. The app installs free from a browser. Parents pay only the transaction fee when they choose to pay a school bill through it.
What about parents without smartphones?
Email reaches most of them at no cost, and the office can print a notice from the noticeboard. The rest receive SMS, the one channel that costs money. A school with very low smartphone use will see a small SMS line, and the pilot is how you find out how small.
Can we run it beside our current platform?
Yes, and for a pilot you should. Running both for a term is the only honest way to compare open rates and costs.
EduSync is built and maintained by Kirosconsult. We do not publish individual names or registration numbers on this site. Trust here is meant to come from the flat fee, the pilot pass mark and the privacy page, which says plainly what is still outstanding.
