EduSync
Pricing

One flat fee for the whole school, however many learners.

Every feature is on every plan. Only the size of your school changes the price, and the bands are wide enough that a good year of growth will not move you. No set-up fee, no per-message metering and no advertising shown to your parents.

Every quote includes VAT. Billed annually in advance to match how schools budget, or monthly if the school prefers. The annual figure is the same either way.

What a 1 100-learner school actually pays

One flat fee. That is the bill.

One figure for the year, approved once by the governing body. The school stops paying for bulk SMS, which at current volumes can run to about R3 160 a month, and for a good share of printing and front-office phone time.

That is less than half what the incumbent platform charges a school this size, with no implementation fee and nothing metered back to you afterwards.

Where the flat fee stops

The limits, in a table you can check.

A flat fee only works if both sides know where it stops. These limits are high enough that a school running normally should never reach one.

What is not included

Three things the fee does not cover.

Payment transaction fees

Parents pay a small provider fee when they pay a school bill. EduSync takes no percentage of school fees.

SMS beyond the allowance

Emergency SMS past the included broadcasts, billed at or near what it costs us, itemised on the same invoice.

Bespoke work

Anything that needs real engineering against a system only your school uses. Quoted first, never switched on without you.

Why it is not priced per learner

Once a notice goes out on free channels, sending it to two thousand parents costs us almost exactly what sending it to two hundred does. Per-learner pricing would punish the big, fee-pressured schools that need this most. The bands pay for support and onboarding, which do scale with a school’s size.

A 90-day pilot for one grade, at no charge.

Start with one grade instead of the whole school. If free channels do not reach 90% of that grade's parents within four weeks, the pilot has failed and it costs you nothing.
